Madelyn Ross

Madelyn Ross has worked in China-related positions in higher education and non-profit organizations for more than 30 years.  She managed China programs at George Mason University and Johns Hopkins University School of Advanced International Studies before working at the US-China Education Trust, where she is now president emeritus.  She also spent nine years at the US-China Business Council, where she was editor of The China Business Review. A graduate of Princeton University, she also earned an MA at Columbia University and a graduate certificate at Fudan University in 1979-80, where she was one of the first American students to study in China after normalization. She has lived and worked in Beijing, Hong Kong, Shanghai, and Taipei.
